The Westin Alexandria Old Town Hotel

The Westin in Old Town Alexandria provided excellent service and a convenient location. The free shuttle made getting around a breeze. Our room was clean and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed exploring the quaint streets of Old Town and the proximity to the Metro station was a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Every detail was excellent from the beginning, including location and staff, I liked it. All in all everything was nice, nevertheless I had a bit small bathroom.

I had a pleasant stay here and really appreciate the small town vibe and peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and provided amazing customer service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with anything that I needed. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the shuttle service was convenient and reliable. I especially loved the wonderful shower that was spacious and perfect after a long day of sightseeing.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel with reliable and friendly customer service.

Came in Alexandria to relax and have fun, this boutique style hotel was nice comfy base for doing it.

Rooms and people are great, I loved comfortable bed. Eisenhower Avenue subway station is only 15 minutes' walk from hotel.

My stay in Alexandria was made even better by the convenient location of the hotel. Just a short walk from the metro stop, I was able to easily explore downtown and visit the DC mall area. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and friendly support staff. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Cafe Gallery, located right near the hotel entrance.

Had a very comfortable stay at this Westin location, everything was great. I loved the room with two queen beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bonus was modern room decor and superb bar.

The venue is spacious and fairly clean with a good value and accommodating staff. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a civil War era war cemetery. Early check in and great service.

The hotel's location is great, being away from the DC crowds but still having easy access to the Metro. The hotel lobby had beautiful Christmas decor, and the staff was pleasant and worked on Christmas Day. The shuttle bus ran normal hours throughout the holiday week. There was an indoor pool with a hot tub and a gym available for use. The view from the room was beautiful. Valet service meant no street parking hassles. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice waterfall shower. The room had a convenient coffee and tea maker, and a free water bottle was provided each day. The restaurant had delicious and reasonably priced food.

The location of the hotel is great and perfect for budget travelers. Sumo Japanese restaurant nearby offers decent sushi and it's located close to the metro stop, which is very useful in the DMV metro area. The shopping area is also about a mile away which is very convenient. the rooms are up-to-date and have comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and accommodating to make your stay enjoyable.

One minor complaint is the lack of fluffy and comfortable towels, which could improve the guests' overall experience.
